Effective October 1, 2026 · Version 2026-10-01
Subscription & Billing Policy
Effective Date: October 1, 2026. / Last Updated: October 1, 2026
This Subscription & Billing Policy explains the standard subscription, recurring billing, free-trial, payment, cancellation, and refund rules for ezQuote365, a cloud-based platform (the "Platform") provided by MVD Enterprises LLC (the "Provider"). It supplements the Platform Terms of Service. If a separately signed agreement or specific plan terms expressly provide different billing terms, those specific terms control to the extent of the conflict.
1. Plans and Pricing
The Platform may offer free, promotional, monthly, annual, usage-based, customized, or other plans. Prices, included features, usage limits, and billing intervals are displayed at or before purchase.
the Provider may offer different pricing to different customers, including discounts, coupons, introductory offers, partner pricing, negotiated pricing, volume pricing, or enterprise pricing.
2. Free Plans and Promotional Access
the Provider may offer a limited free plan, a free trial with full functionality, a free trial with limited functionality, promotional access, or other free access. The applicable duration, features, limits, and conditions will be disclosed when offered.
Free access may be modified, restricted, or discontinued by the Provider, subject to applicable law and any specific commitment made at signup.
3. Free-Trial Conversion
A free trial may convert automatically to a paid subscription only when the user has provided a valid payment method and affirmatively agreed to the applicable recurring billing terms before the trial ends.
If the user has not authorized recurring billing, the trial will end or the account may revert to an available free plan without an automatic charge.
4. Recurring Billing and Automatic Renewal
Paid subscriptions automatically renew for successive billing periods until canceled unless the checkout terms expressly state otherwise.
Before purchase, the Platform will display the applicable price, billing interval, renewal basis, and any trial-to-paid conversion information. By subscribing, the Customer authorizes the Provider and its payment processor to charge the applicable recurring fees and taxes to the selected payment method.
Where applicable law requires an advance renewal reminder or other notice, the Provider will provide the required notice.
5. Billing Periods
the Provider may offer monthly, annual, or other billing periods. The billing interval selected at checkout determines the recurring charge schedule unless the plan is later changed in accordance with this Policy.
6. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors integrated with the Platform. Customers may also be subject to the payment provider’s terms and privacy practices.
the Provider does not intend to directly store full payment-card numbers or sensitive authentication data when payment processing is handled by a third-party processor.
7. Taxes and External Charges
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices exclude sales tax, VAT, GST, and similar governmental charges. Applicable taxes may be added where required.
The Customer is responsible for bank charges, exchange-rate costs, wire fees, card-provider charges, or other amounts imposed by the Customer’s financial institution or payment provider.
8. Failed Payments
If a recurring charge fails, the Provider may attempt to process the payment again or request an updated payment method.
the Provider may provide a reasonable grace period and may thereafter restrict, suspend, downgrade, or terminate access while payment remains unresolved. Outstanding amounts remain due where applicable.
9. Cancellation
Customers may cancel a recurring subscription through available account-based cancellation functionality or by contacting the Platform support. Where applicable law requires cancellation through the same manner and means used to accept the subscription, the Provider will provide a compliant cancellation method.
Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period.
10. Access After Cancellation
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, a Customer who cancels remains entitled to use paid functionality through the end of the already-paid billing period.
Following normal cancellation or termination, the Provider may provide up to 30 days of read-only account access for reasonable data export. The post-cancellation export period may not apply where immediate suspension or termination is required because of fraud, security threats, unlawful conduct, serious abuse, or material breach.
11. Refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. the Provider does not ordinarily provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
A refund may be provided where required by law, expressly stated in a promotion or plan, approved by the Provider, or where the Provider terminates paid access without Customer fault before the end of a prepaid period.
12. Plan Changes and Upgrades
Customers may be offered the ability to upgrade, downgrade, add users, add usage, or otherwise modify a plan. The price effect, effective date, and billing treatment of a plan change may be displayed at the time the change is requested.
the Provider may offer prorated charges or credits for certain plan changes but is not required to do so unless stated at the time of the change or required by law.
13. Price and Feature Changes
the Provider may change prices, plan structures, included features, usage allowances, storage, user limits, AI limits, file limits, API limits, or other plan characteristics.
Changes affecting an existing paid Customer will generally apply prospectively to a future billing period after reasonable notice where appropriate or legally required.
14. Usage Limits and Additional Charges
Plans may include usage caps. If the Provider later offers paid overages, add-ons, or usage-based charges, the applicable rates and authorization requirements will be disclosed before such charges are incurred.
the Provider may restrict additional usage rather than automatically charging an overage where the applicable plan does not authorize usage-based charges.
15. Electronic Invoices and Notices
Invoices, receipts, renewal notices, billing notices, and other subscription communications may be provided electronically by email, account dashboard, or other electronic means.
Customers are responsible for keeping billing information and contact information current and accurate.
16. Business and Consumer Accounts
The Platform is primarily designed for business use. Certain consumer-protection rules may apply differently depending on the nature of the Customer, the transaction, and the jurisdiction. the Provider will provide legally required billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rights where applicable.
17. Termination by the Provider
the Provider may suspend or terminate accounts for nonpayment, fraud, abuse, security risks, unlawful conduct, or material violations of applicable agreements.
If the Provider discontinues a paid account without Customer fault before the end of a prepaid period, the Provider may provide a refund of the unused prepaid portion, subject to applicable law.
18. Changes to this Policy
the Provider may update this Policy. Material changes may be communicated through email, account notice, website notice, or another reasonable method. Changes to pricing or recurring billing that require additional consent under applicable law will not take effect without the required consent.
